So I fixed the expect/except typo in the second-to-last paragraph of the Apple Product Cycle piece. You people need to chill out and have a YooHoo or something.

my customer is apple in cork, ireland. i know they have a sense of humour, but maybe i'll save sending this until my last working day. it is true (especially when they dont deliver to europe for months after US releases).

This explains so much, like why I'm still working on a sawtooh machine. Of course, I'm guilty of my own unholy marriages of tech, like the $9 rca coupler to capture screen data from my iBook SE so I can run it through my iMac to dump to DVD. (If you follow that, you're sicker than I am.)
Keep it up, and I will be passing this along.
