A Little About Bellagio
Many people consider Bellagio to be the single most luxurious hotel on the Strip. Costing a whopping $1.2 billion to complete, Bellagio is the single most expensive resort in Las Vegas. It sits on the Southwest corner of Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road. There is a free tram that connects Bellagio to Monte Carlo.

Via Bellagio contains some of the world's most elegant and expensive boutiques, including Gucci, Armani, Tiffany, Prada and Yves St. Laurent. The guest rooms are equally opulent, with elegant decor and marble bathrooms that are larger than entire rooms in some of the Strip's less expensive hotels.

The Fountains of Bellagio, an amazing choreographed fountain show set on the 8.5 acre artificial lake in front of the hotel, is an absolute must-see. Every half hour during the afternoon and every fifteen minutes from 8:00 PM until midnight, jets of water up to 240 feet high seem to dance to music ranging from classical to contemporary. Bellagio is also home to "O," one of Cirque du Soleil's two magnificent resident Las Vegas shows.

The casino at Bellagio has slots, table games, keno, poker rooms and high-stakes salons that cater to the hotel's most exclusive guests. The race and sports book features arena-style seating and enormous televisions. Bellagio is not a particularly family-friendly casino. Children under 18 years of age are not allowed inside Bellagio unless accompanied by a registered guest.
