A Little About Mandalay Bay
Mandalay Bay is the flagship property of Mandalay Resort Group. Mandalay's 3,300 guest rooms and suites are roomy and elegantly appointed. The Four Seasons Las Vegas is located on the upper floors of the hotel, featuring large suites and luxurious touches for high rollers and other well-to-do guests. Spa Mandalay is said to be among the best in Las Vegas, on par with the offerings at The Venetian and Bellagio. The swimming pool area at Mandalay Bay is, in my opinion, the best in Las Vegas. It features two swimming pools plus a lazy river and a massive wave pool with an artificial beach. There is also a separate pool area reserved for Four Seasons guests. Due to the popularity of its pool, Mandalay Bay requires each guest to present a separate room key before being allowed in.

Mandalay Bay's enormous 135,000 square foot casino is roomy and elegantly decorated. It features table games, slots, video machines, keno and a high-stakes salon. Since Mandalay Bay markets itself more towards the afluent twenty-somethings demographic, the casino is quite lively on weekends. Due to the size of the casino, $5 tables tend to be available at all but the busiest times. Mandalay Bay is a formidable stroll from the rest of the strip, but it is connected to Luxor and Excalibur by a free tram.
