Don't even think about walking it, no matter how bullet-proof (drunk) you feel. I speak from experience. There is a free shuttle bus that will pick you up or drop you off in front of the old Jockey Club next door to Bellagio or if you cab it the ride will probably only be about $10 to $15. Orleans is a locals casino, and the overall value is supposed to be amazing. The rooms are spacious, well-appointed and cheap. Cocktail service in the casino is said to be the gold standard of Las Vegas.
